Frequently Asked Questions

The Most Frequent and Important Question: How Much Is This Going To Cost?

Unfortunately it’s hard to give an exact answer to this question without knowing what exactly needs to be done to resolve your specific situation. Because of this, it is almost impossible to accurately quote a fee for any of the services provided until I have reviewed the specifics of your case with you.

Without knowing what specific steps we need to take for your unique situation, I cannot know for sure how much work your case will take or what strategies will and will not work for you.

The resolution of your back tax debt is completely contingent on your current financial state and how much work needs to be done.

The basis for formulating your Tax Debt Resolution Plan is determining your reasonable collection potential and then comparing that to what you owe.

There are also important things we need to confirm like whether the original tax assessments are correct, has the collection statute expired or is it near to expiring and what type of entity are you doing business in, all of which affect the direction I would take in settling your back tax debt.

With that being said most personal cases range from $750 to $3,500 while most business cases range from $2,500 to $7,500.

It all depends on what exactly needs to be done to get this behind you for good, though. For example, it will obviously cost more to set up a payment plan for someone who also needs six years of tax returns prepared than for someone who has all of their returns filed.

After your initial consultation I would be able to tell you exactly what my fees would be as well as give you a detailed Tax Debt Resolution Plan.
